Job summary

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage team member to provide exceptional guest service in a premier Alberta hotel. You will take orders, prepare items to guest preferences, and collaborate with the culinary team to ensure quality and presentation.

• Alberta ProServe Certificate required.
• Minimum 6 months’ food and beverage experience.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and prepare them to their preferences.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment and handle complaints.
• Work with culinary team on offerings and ensuring quality and presentation.
• Keep the Food and Beverage areas clean, including equipment and countertops.
• Process orders accurately in Micros POS system.

Job Duties Include:

• Take guest orders and prepare them to their preferences
• Monitor inventory of supplies, ensuring everything is restocked as needed.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment, handle complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
• Work closely with our culinary team on offerings and ensuring quality and presentation is exceeded
• Keep the Food and Beverage areasclean, including equipment and countertops.
• Ensure accurate ordering in Micros POS system

• Alberta ProServe Certificate required
• Minimum 6 months’ food and beverage experience
• Ability to constantly stand and walk throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
