Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is hiring a Concierge Agent to be the face of guest services, delivering memorable and personalized experiences for every guest. You will provide information, recommendations and assistance to ensure an exceptional stay, acting as liaison for hotel services and activities.

This permanent role offers $22.72/hour with on-site accommodations and a comprehensive benefits package. Start date October 2026, with potential weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

Job Description

As aConcierge Agent at Fairmont, you are the face and heart of guest service, creating memorable and personalized experiences for every guest. You play a key role in providing information, recommendations, and assistance to ensure guests have an exceptional stay.
Position Type: Permanent
Pay Rate: $22.72/hour
Start Date: October 2026

Job Duties Include:

• Offer professional, consistent, friendly, and engaging service
• Ensure inter-departmental communication and cooperation in the interest of better guest satisfaction
• Providing accurate information about activities and dining in the hotel and surrounding area
• Offering assistance to all guests in making reservations and arrangements for travel, dining, special requests, and activities
• Serve as a liaison for guests by providing information relating to all aspects of the hotel

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar environment will be an asset
• Must possess outstanding guest service skills, including professional verbal communication skills
• Good computer literacy (experience using Property Manager System preferred, and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel)
• Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team-based environment
