Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory retail experience.
• Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members to ensure excellent service and smooth operations.
• Model professionalism, teamwork, and an ownership mindset.
• Assist with product rollouts, promotions, and inventory management (ordering and receiving).
• Verify IDs and ensure all sales follow Alberta liquor laws and company policies.
