Job summary

Sundial's Wine & Beyond Sage Hill location is hiring a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to customers.

As a supervisor, you’ll train team members, manage inventory, verify IDs, support promotions, and help meet financial targets while maintaining store standards. A ProServe certification is required or obtainable; WSET 1 is a plus. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail.
• ProServe Certification required or willingness to obtain before starting.
• WSET Level 1 Certification is an asset.

• Lead and support team members to ensure excellent service and smooth operations.
