Job summary

Wine and Beyond in Airdrie, Alberta, is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. Reporting to the management team, you’ll oversee inventory flow, merchandising, and front- and back-of-house activities while upholding high standards.

You’ll model professionalism and teamwork, assist with promotions and rollouts, verify IDs to ensure Alberta liquor laws, support financial targets, and maintain a clean, safe shopping space.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail.
• Valid provincial certification (or willingness to obtain before starting).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Suite).

• Assist with inventory flow, receiving, replenishment, merchandising execution, and maintaining an organized back and front-of-house
• Model professionalism, teamwork, and a strong ownership mindset.
• Assist with product rollouts, promotions, and execution.

• Support the store in meeting financial targets and following cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.

What You’ll Do

About You

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory in retail experience.
• Valid provincial certification (or willingness to obtain before starting).
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout your shift.
• Ability to work , climb ladder, operate machinery when necessary
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
