Job summary

SNDL’s Wine & Beyond Calgary location is seeking a motivated Store Supervisor - Operations to lead daily store activities, ensure excellent customer service, and oversee inventory and promotions. The role emphasizes teamwork, ownership, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced retail liquor environment.

You will model professionalism, support staff, and help meet financial targets while maintaining a safe, organized store. ProServe certification or willingness to obtain is required.

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory in retail experience.

• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs during shifts.
