Responsibilities

• Lead store team as coach and resource, fostering a positive environment focused on customer-first service.
• Drive operational excellence in customer experience, health and safety, merchandising, and front end operations.
• Provide cross-department support to maintain service and standards.
• Communicate key messages to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Review HR metrics and store performance dashboards to monitor progress.
• Support strategies to grow sales and customer loyalty.
• Handle center-of-store inventory and department stock as needed.
