Value Buds Store Supervisor - Cannabis Retail is a leadership role overseeing day-to-day cannabis retail operations at Value Buds Robson. You will coach teams, ensure top-tier customer experiences, and drive sales in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires certification to sell cannabis and the ability to manage inventory, promotions, and compliance. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail or customer service, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Must hold certification to sell cannabis (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, CanSell).
• Must be at least 18 or 19 years old (based on provincial requirements).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service and product education.
• Support and guide team members during assigned shifts.
• Act as a point of contact in the absence of management.
• Assist with product launches, promotions, and merchandising.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and receiving.
• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, ID verification, and OH&S standards.
• Help maintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational standards.

About the Role

Value Buds is looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to support daily retail operations and lead by example on the sales floor.
