Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Services Lead for the AB-Market Mall (03612) in Calgary to support all departments on the sales floor and uphold Sephora’s selling model with outstanding client service.

You will work closely with Visual Merchandising, act as Manager on Duty, engage with clients on-stage, and drive sales performance by adjusting staffing to meet customer needs and store objectives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role at a high-volume store.
• Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
• Strong client service skills.
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all departments on the sales floor and ensure Sephora’s selling model and client service goals are met.
• Maintain merchandising concepts and visuals to the highest standard; implement animations and updates as needed.
• Regularly act as Manager on Duty and engage with clients on-stage when possible.
• Adjust staffing levels to meet client expectations and drive sales performance.
• Participate in interviewing processes as needed for the World team.
