Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Services Lead at AB-Market Mall in Calgary. You will support all departments on the sales floor, ensure the team follows Sephora’s selling model, and drive outstanding client service to exceed store objectives.

The role involves acting as Manager on Duty, guiding Beauty Advisors, managing visuals, and leveraging an entrepreneurial mindset to optimize staff and client experiences. CAD$20.00–CAD$23.55/hr, full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
• Strong client service skills.
• Demonstrated time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sales Experience: Ensure Beauty Advisors execute Sephora’s selling model and monitor store performance.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure visuals and merchandising concepts meet company standards on the sales floor.
• Passionate about Clients: Act as Manager on Duty and engage with clients on-stage.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Understand sales performance and adjust staffing to meet client needs.
• Talent Champion: Participate in interviewing as needed for the World team.
• Employee Engagement: Demonstrate Sephora values in daily operations.
