Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail customer service experience.
• 1-2 years in print/graphic communications with basic design knowledge.
• Technical ability to operate computer and printing equipment.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement and coaching to drive high performance and sales in print and customer service areas.
• Execute promotions and flyer items, maximizing sales while assisting customers.
• Manage store areas including cash and print to meet targets and maintain standards.
• Uphold store brand standards and operational excellence for print.
• Conduct training and development for associates to foster learning.
