Job summary

Staples Canada in Welland, Ontario, is seeking a Print & Services Supervisor to lead a team delivering exceptional customer experiences in print and customer service. You will guide efforts across sales, operations, and training to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee key areas in print and service delivery, coach associates, and drive store standards while promoting development and learning across the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in retail
• 1-2 years of experience in a print/graphic communications environment with working knowledge of graphic design principles
• Technical acumen to operate computer and printing equipment
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Model and coach selling within the store, supervise production and customer interactions in print and customer service areas.
• Sales Execution: Communicate and execute promotional items, maximize sales while assisting customers.
• Leadership: Lead store areas including cash and print, foster a selling culture and train staff.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain store brand standards in print and operations.
• Training & Development: Conduct training of associates and foster continuous learning.
