Job summary

Staples Canada is seeking a Print & Services Supervisor in Brampton to lead a team delivering outstanding customer experiences at the print and customer service areas. You will guide staff in solutions, products, and services while building lasting relationships with customers.

You will act as a keyholder, champion training, coach performance, and help maintain store standards. This role emphasizes leadership, sales execution, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in retail.
• 1–2 years in a print/graphic communications environment with working knowledge of graphic design principles.
• Technical ability to operate computer and printing equipment.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Model and coach selling behavior to engage customers and motivate associates.
• Execute and promote flyer and promotional items to maximize sales.
• Lead store areas, including cash and print, to hit goals and foster a selling culture.
• Maintain operational excellence and store brand standards in print.
• Provide training to team members and encourage continuous learning.
