Qualifications

• College diploma, certificate or university degree in business or retail management is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remarkable experiences as the trusted destination for wines, beers and spirits.
• Drive customer experience by developing a customer-first team mentality.
• Forecast and analyze sales and expenses to grow the business.
• Lead and mentor a store team, ensuring effective operations and program execution.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, financials, and HR aspects.
• Support flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
