Job summary

Kenny U-Pull is seeking a Branch Supervisor to lead daily operations at a Canadian yard. You will promote a safe, welcoming workplace and help drive sales while ensuring compliance with health and environmental rules.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service and 1+ year in a management position, plus a college or university diploma. Retail or automotive sales experience is preferred, and you will mentor staff and support recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in customer service.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a management role.
• College or university diploma.
• Experience in retail or automotive sales is preferred.
• Ability to empower employees and delegate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a welcoming and safe workplace.
• Apply environmental, Health & Safety rules and procedures.
• Assist Branch Manager with monthly Health & Safety audits.
• Supervise daily operations including scheduling, sales, and production targets.
• Support employees in daily tasks and operational initiatives.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruitment, onboarding, and communications.
• Collaborate with internal partners on business processes.
