Job summary

Kenny U-Pull, a division of American Iron & Metal (AIM), is seeking a Branch team member in Ontario. You’ll promote a welcoming, safe workplace while applying enviro, Health & Safety rules and participating in monthly audits.

You’ll supervise daily operations, assist recruiting, and help roll out business processes. The role requires 3 years customer service and 1 year in management; a college or university diploma is expected; automotive sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of customer service experience
• Minimum one year in a management role
• College or university diploma
• Experience in retail or automotive sales preferred
• Ability to empower employees and delegate tasks

Responsibilities

• Promoting a welcoming and safe workplace
• Applying environmental and Health & Safety rules and procedures
• Assist the Branch Manager with monthly Health & Safety audits
• Supervising daily operations such as scheduling, sales and production targets
• Supporting employees by participating in daily tasks and operational initiatives
• Assisting the Branch Manager in employee communications
• Collaborating with internal partners to implement business processes
• Carrying out quarterly evaluations of hourly employees
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new staff
• Acting as ambassador during organizational changes

Job Description

What you’re responsible for:

• Promoting a welcoming and safe workplace
• Applying environmental and Health & Safety rules and procedures
• Assist the Branch Manager with monthly Health & Safety audits
• Supervising daily operations such as scheduling, sales and production targets
• Supporting employees by participating in daily tasks and operational initiatives
• Assistingthe Branch Manager in employee communications
• Working in collaboration with various internal partners in the follow-up and application of business processes
• Carrying out, with the Branch Manager, quarterly evaluations of hourly employees
• Supporting the Branch Manager in the process of recruiting, welcoming and integrating new employees
• Acting as ambassador in any organizational change and play an active role in the roll-out to your branch

Qualifications

• You have a minimum of three (3) years' experience in customer service
