Job summary

Sephora Canada in Edmonton is seeking an Interim Lead to guide a high-performing team, elevate client experiences, and drive sales goals. You'll coach, mentor, and model exceptional service while fostering an inclusive, beauty-forward environment.

Responsibilities include leading by example, empowering staff, managing daily store operations, and ensuring Sephora standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
• Strong sales and client service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
• Drive performance through client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
• Coach for growth by providing ongoing feedback to elevate team performance
• Train and develop by supporting onboarding and ongoing service excellence training
• Execute daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to promote an open, empowered culture
• Uphold Sephora standards and policies for a safe, enjoyable shopping experience
