Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Team Lead, Operations at the Langford location to guide store operations and lead the operations team to meet Sephora standards. You will supervise inventory activities, staffing, and the overnight stock team while ensuring exceptional client experiences on the sales floor.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, budgeting, and performance development, with potential for bonus opportunities and robust benefits. Training and development are prioritized.

Qualifications

• One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store.
• Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
• Strong store operations skills.
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations of the store and act as Manager on Duty as needed.
• Oversee inventory management including shipping, receiving, and cycle counts within company guidelines.
• Direct visual merchandising and ensure on-stage visuals meet Sephora standards.
• Manage supplies, testers and samples with budget awareness.
• Participate in performance assessments and development for the operations team.
• Engage with clients on the sales floor and provide exceptional service.
• Develop budget strategies and analyze store sales performance and staffing.
