Job summary

The Body Shop Canada Ltd. in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a store leader on a fixed-term contract to drive retail excellence, sales results, and engaging customer experiences. The role runs from now until January 9, 2027, with a salary range of $22.00 to $23.00 hourly.

You will lead a team, shape a customer-focused store experience, manage stock, analyze KPI data, and recruit and develop team members to achieve targets. Flexibility to work holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, people leadership & team development.
• Proven ability to meet sales & performance targets with planning & organizing skills.
• Experience coaching and developing a successful team to drive sales.
• Experience analyzing KPI data to support business decisions.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Interest in & passion for learning about & leveraging knowledge of the beauty market, our competitors & our products.
• Schedules include holidays, nights, and weekends to meet the needs of the business.
• Flexibility to work across Sunday to Saturday is required.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, people leadership & team development required.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a feedback culture.
