Job summary

The Body Shop International Limited in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Full Time Store Manager to lead the Pacific Centre store. You will drive sales, manage a diverse team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll shape the in-store brand experience, coach staff to meet targets, analyze KPI data to optimize promotions and stock, and ensure stock availability and visual standards. This role requires flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays, and a passion for retail leadership
