Job summary

Sleep Country Canada in Richmond Centre Mall, in collaboration with Endy, is seeking a Store Manager to lead Sales Associates, drive growth, and deliver a standout customer experience in a full-time, on-site role. You will coach and develop the team, manage scheduling, oversee inventory and store standards, and partner with Endy and SCC leadership to achieve targets while living our customer-first values.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years' sales experience
• Excel in a team selling environment
• Ambitious, charismatic and passionate about people and sales
• Strong business acumen with the ability to achieve sales and deliver a great customer service experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills in motivating and developing a sales team
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving time management and organizational skills
• Ability to develop strong relationships and trust with both internally and externally
• Tech savvy; knowledge of Mac and Google Suite, Zendesk or other help desk system, familiarity with Shopify

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth and strategic initiatives as well as maximizing the sales efficiency and revenue potential of Sales Associates
• Motivate and provide clear direction, priorities and communication to the team so that goals and objectives are achieved
• Be responsible for the P&L performance, monitoring and assessing inventory levels
• Enhance the customer experience through building relationships and connecting them to our brand and brand values
• Addressing any escalated customer inquiries
• Manage, coach, train and develop the sales team and foster an environment of inspiration and empowerment
• Maintain staffing schedules and being responsive to any changes in business or traffic trends
• Ensure store standards are met (ie., health and safety, product presentation, replenishment, store housekeeping)
• Provide best-in-class customer experience, helping customers with their inquiries
