Sleep Country Canada/Dormez-vous in Richmond is hiring a full-time Sleep Expert to engage customers, identify needs and promote our quality bedding products and services. You will help maintain an inviting store environment and assist with inventory management.

This commission-based role offers extensive sales training, benefits, and the potential to earn up to CAD 70,000 per year depending on sales performance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales, retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Positive, optimistic attitude and strong customer focus.
• Ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Critical thinking skills and ability to tackle problems independently.
• Mandarin fluency required to serve Mandarin-speaking customers at this location.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify needs and promote our quality products and service offerings.
• Ensure stores are visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Work with Sales team to exceed goals and expectations.
