Job summary

Sleep Country Canada in Canada seeks a Sales Associate to engage with customers, identify needs, and promote our sleep products and services. You will help maintain attractive store presentations, replenish stock, and support inventory accuracy.

The role is full-time, with base salary plus commissions, extensive sales training, and the chance to grow within a leading Canadian sleep retailer. Benefits and employee discounts are provided.

Qualifications

• Ideally, one to three years of experience in sales, retail, and/or customer service.
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus.
• Ambition and a willingness to pursue continuous training and learning.
• Availability to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Critical-thinking skills and the ability to solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers to identify needs and promote our quality products and service offerings.
• Ensuring that stores are visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment, and maintenance.
• Assisting with receiving, organizing, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Collaborating as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations.
