Lids Sports Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations in Quebec City, overseeing sales, customer service, and team performance. You will drive selling strategies, coach staff, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience for fans and customers.

As the heart of the store, you will manage scheduling, maintain store standards, and collaborate with district leadership to meet goals while fostering an inclusive environment and promoting loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Established ability to supervise a team and drive store performance.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership with the ability to train and develop staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel overnight for training and meetings.
• Ability to work varying days/hours and maintain strong attendance.
• Demonstrated managerial capabilities in a retail setting.
