JD Sports Canada is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for Galeries de la Capitale in Quebec City. You will lead a small team, coach sales associates, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while achieving store KPIs.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and daily operations on-site, with a focus on driving sales and delivering 100% outrageous experiences to our community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
• Passionate about streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates.
• Confident engaging customers to deliver elevated experiences.
• Strong math and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
• High ethics, integrity and trust.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Natural leadership with warmth and drive to exceed results.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team delivers an excellent customer experience through coaching and motivating the team while driving sales.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered.

• Generate business results and achieve key KPIs.
• Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual and operational expectations.
