Store Manager

  • Recruiting, training, and developing your management and staff teams
  • Managing all aspects of retail operations, including budgets, sales targets, customer experience, staff engagement, and operational standards

Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Experience:

  • Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming environment
  • Educate staff and customers on our brand values and ethical commitments
  • Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations
  • Develop and execute business plans to meet sales and KPI goals

Team Leadership:

  • Coach and develop your team, fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB)
  • Create an inclusive environment and promote staff engagement
  • Recruit diverse talent and support staff career development

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and health standards
  • Manage inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and payroll within budget

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 3-5 years retail management experience
  • Strong HR, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Customer service and sales expertise
  • Interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethics
  • Flexible availability including holidays, evenings, and weekends

Preferred:

  • Experience with consultation-based service models
  • Staff development and coaching skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and other systems
  • Experience with cross-cultural collaboration, DEIB, or social justice training
  • Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish or French
