Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience required.
• 2+ years directly supervising a diverse team.
• Experience with inventory management and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all store operations and staff.
• Deliver sales and KPI targets in line with objectives.
• Implement brand promises and shrink/safety programs.
• Hire, train and coach Team Members; manage performance.
• Act as Manager on Duty and coordinate cross-training.
