Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience Retail Management experience.
• Experience in small convenience/retail/ grocery stores similar to MINISO Canada.
• Experience managing team in Retail Setting.
• Eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and mentor all associates to optimal potential.
• Monitor performance of team and train employees and provides coaching to improve performance.
• Manage goods/inventory and ensure operations is run smoothly.
• Actively seeks and sources for strong candidates.
• Focuses on KPIs, sales goals and labour cost, developing action plans to achieve targets.
• Ensure all customer queries and complaints are dealt with proactively and logically, ensuring no customers leave the store unsatisfied.
• Manage and motivate team to increase sales, meet sales goals and ensure efficiency, increasing retention amongst employees.
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Ensure sales goals are met along with other important aspects.
• Analyze and compare data for effective merchandising.
