Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations and sales growth. You will coach a dynamic team, sustain visual and operational standards, and drive customer service excellence across shifts.

You will lead merchandising, inventory processes, and loss-prevention efforts, while mentoring trainees and promoting the membership program to boost loyalty and retention.
