Job summary

MINISO in Saskatchewan is expanding and seeks energized, motivated individuals to join our team as Store Manager at Midtown Shopping Centre.

You will lead store operations, train staff, manage inventory, drive sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer service in Saskatoon.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
• Experience managing teams in a retail setting.
• Experience in small convenience/retail/grocery stores similar to MINISO Canada.
• Eligible to work in Canada.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets in beauty/cosmetics is a plus.

We are currently hiring for a Store Manager position at Midtown Shopping Centre.

Store Location: 201 1 Ave S, Saskatoon, SK S7K 1J9

Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead, train and mentor all associates to optimal potential

• Monitor performance of team and train employees and provides coaching to improve performance

• Manage goods/inventory and ensure operations is run smoothly

• Actively seeks and sources for strong candidates

• Focuses on KPIs, sales goals and labour cost, developing action plans to achieve targets

• Ensure all customer queries and complaints are dealt with proactively and logically, ensuring no customers leave the store unsatisfied

• Manage and motivate team to increase sales, meet sales goals and ensure efficiency, increasing retention amongst employees

• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment

• Ensure sales goals are met along with other important aspects

• Analyze and compare data for effective merchandising

Store Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience Retail Management experience

• Experience in small convenience/retail/ grocery stores similar to MINISO Canada
