Job summary

Knix’s Mississauga store is seeking a dynamic Key Lead to champion store operations, coach a high‑performing team, and elevate the customer experience. You will act as leader‑on‑duty, driving Knix selling standards, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strict visual and stock controls.

You will open/close, run team huddles, and support scheduling while upholding Knix core values—authenticity, inclusion, and respect. Strong leadership and coaching are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of retail experience, with previous keyholder, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred.
• Proven success in hitting sales targets and understanding core retail metrics (Conversion, AOV, UPT).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring, coaching, and building strong relationships.
• Resourceful and proactive, with a proven ability to calmly resolve conflicts with both team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Metric Targets: Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals by driving Conversion Rate and Average Order Value (AOV).
• Empower & Develop: Help team members understand their role in driving store KPIs through coaching and product knowledge.
• Master the Knix Selling Model: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our selling model on the sales floor through active listening and genuine product recommendations.
• Leadership Excellence: Open/close the store, lead team huddles, communicate daily targets, and assist with scheduling when needed.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with POS, loss prevention, health and safety protocols.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual standards, keep floors stocked, and execute seasonal updates.
• Stock & Inventory: Oversee shipments, restock, loss prevention, and accurate stock counts.
• Culture & Values: Foster an inclusive, high-energy environment aligned with Knix core values.
