Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of retail experience with leadership preference.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and understand core metrics (Conversion, AOV, UPT).
• Strong interpersonal skills with mentoring and coaching aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store sales goals by driving Conversion Rate and AOV.
• Coach and develop team through real-time feedback and side-by-side coaching.
• Master the Knix Selling Model on the sales floor with active listening and recommendations.
• Act as leader on duty—open/close, lead huddles, and communicate daily targets; assist scheduling when needed.
• Ensure compliance with POS, loss prevention, and health/safety protocols.
• Maintain Knix visual standards, keep floors stocked, and manage stock counts.
