Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the team and coaches to ensure delivery of service standards.
• Enforces customer service standards and omni-channel experience.
• Oversees store operations including pricing, promotions and compliance with policies.
• Leads weekly scheduling, inventory control, and annual inventories.
• Develops recruitment, hiring strategies and succession plans.
• Acts as a brand ambassador and maintains a positive work environment.
