Ardene is seeking a Store Manager in Canada to lead a dynamic fashion retail team. You will work with the District Supervisor to drive store sales, manage merchandising, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will also oversee staff training and development to maintain a high-performance store culture. The role requires leadership, a solid business sense, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience or education in visual merchandising.
• Solid business acumen.
• Proven people development and talent assessment skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to delegate tasks and take ownership.
• Ability to lead a team in a positive and inclusive manner.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with the District Supervisor to create and implement strategies to achieve store sales and profit goals.
• Train store team (current employees and new hires) on company standards and programs.
• Address low performance with District Supervisor and resolve conflicts.
• Recruit talent and provide training to motivate the team and recognize performance.
• Perform administrative and operational duties as required.
• Execute opening and closing procedures per guidelines.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Prepare and manage the weekly employee schedule.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve promptly.
• Comply with head office requests regarding store operations.
• Process and manage incoming merchandising shipments.
• Handle returns to head office as required.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations.
• Process cash/credit/debit purchases at the register.
