Job summary

Danier seeks a dynamic sales leader to drive high performance in fashion retail. You will recruit, develop and motivate a sales team while maintaining a customer-centric environment and compelling visual merchandising across store displays.

Lead daily operations, manage staff schedules, monitor loss prevention and participate in weekly leadership calls to report on productivity, market conditions and competitive activity.

Qualifications

• Fashion retail management experience with a proven track record of sales and team development success.
• Excellent English communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong people development and management skills.
• Must have 2-5 years of management experience in luxury apparel.
