Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Store Manager (Bench Position) in St. Catharines to lead a team of associates, drive profitable sales, and ensure excellent customer service.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment and development, scheduling and inventory management, and create an environment where staff feel valued. This full-time role offers a competitive salary starting at $45,000 CAD annually with bonus and benefits.
