Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of associates and drive profitable sales. Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee all store operations including merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment and development, scheduling and inventory management.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a leadership role in retail, strong communication skills, and a safety-focused mindset, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

This position offers a competitive compensation package (salary and bonus) based on experience and qualifications, starting from $45,000 annually.
