Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Store Manager (Bench Position) to lead a store team, drive sales, and oversee merchandising, scheduling, and inventory under the District Manager. The incumbent will recruit and develop staff while maintaining a safety-first, customer-focused environment.

The role requires a minimum of secondary education and 3+ years in a leadership capacity, preferably in retail, with opportunities for growth and a competitive salary plus bonus.
