Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of associates and drive profitable sales. Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment and development, scheduling and inventory management to create an environment where every team member can contribute to the store's success.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a leadership role in retail, strong communication, safety focus, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
