Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of associates and drive profitable sales. You will oversee merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment and development, scheduling and inventory management, reporting to the District Manager.

We value safety, strong communication, and a team-oriented attitude as you create an environment where individuals feel valued and contribute to the store’s success. This is a full-time, on-site role in Halifax.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in retail.
• Completion of secondary school.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations including merchandising, front-end operations, scheduling and inventory management.
• Recruit and develop store associates and foster a high-performing team.
• Report to the District Manager and create an environment where team members contribute to store success.

Your qualifications include:

• Ability to lift, bend and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs
• Completion of secondary school
• 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail
