Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Store Manager in Goderich, Ontario to lead a team of associates and drive profitable sales. You will oversee merchandising, front-end operations, scheduling and inventory while recruiting and developing staff to deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires a safety-minded, bilingual team player with strong communication, time management, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Your qualifications include:

• Completion of secondary school
• 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail
