Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Store Manager (Bench Position) to lead a store team and drive profitable sales. Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee merchandising, operations, scheduling, inventory and staffing with a focus on service excellence.

The role requires a minimum of 3+ years in a leadership role in retail, strong communication, safety mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Store Manager (Bench Position)

Your qualifications include:

This position offers a competitive compensation package (salary and bonus) based on experience and qualifications, starting from $45,000 annually.
