Job summary

Traction is seeking a dedicated Store Manager in Ottawa to lead day-to-day operations for our Heavy Vehicle Parts Division. You will supervise retail and wholesale activities, drive sales, and foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

The role requires 3+ years in a management position with financial responsibility and fluency in French and English to serve internal Canadian clients. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with career development and competitive benefits.

The Heavy Vehicle Parts Division caters mainly to the needs of the trucking andconstruction sectors, as well as the mining and forest industries. HVPD is thelargest network in the country, with more than 100 Traction heavy vehicle partsstores, 3 TW distribution centres, over 100 TruckPro repair centres, and 3 Cadelspecialized parts distribution centres from coast to coast.
