Job summary

UAP Inc. is seeking a hands-on Store Manager for our Traction division in Ottawa. You will lead a store team, drive customer service excellence, and collaborate with sales and regional management to grow revenue while maintaining strong store operations.

The role requires at least 3 years in a management position with P&L responsibility, outstanding communication, and bilingual French/English capabilities to serve internal customers across Canada. The position is full-time and based in Ottawa.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support sales growth by working with the store’s team, the sales representative, and the regional management team
• Promote a culture of respect, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork
• Help recruit and train your team members, keep them motivated, and ensure their health and well-being
• Manage the store budget and take the necessary steps to continuously improve financial results
• Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales.
