Job summary

NAPA Canada in Leduc, AB is seeking a store leadership professional for a full-time role in the Auto Parts Division. You will lead a team, drive sales initiatives, and maintain excellent customer service while coordinating inventory and store operations to support company goals.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of leadership experience, a background in B2B auto parts, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• Background in a B2B environment is preferred.
• Automotive aftermarket knowledge is a plus for this role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support store objectives.
• Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales.
• Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members for growth.
• Support Store Manager in assets management, inventories, and keeping stock tidy.

This is a regular full-time position and is located in Leduc, AB.

• Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales

• Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keepingthe storestocked and tidy.

Under the hood

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role

• Automotive aftermarket and parts supply background and/or knowledge an asset
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Strong technical skills
