Job summary

Chatters is seeking a Store Manager for our Bayshore Retail Salon in Ottawa. You will lead daily retail and salon operations, delivering an elevated customer experience while driving performance and sales.

You will coach a high-performing team, own scheduling, payroll, inventory, budgeting, and on-floor leadership, ensuring cleanliness and visual merchandising to Chatters’ standards. Five+ years of retail leadership and a passion for beauty are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven success leading teams and driving sales.
• Strong background in inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Salon experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee daily retail and salon operations to deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience

• Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience

• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs
