Job summary

Chatters Limited Partnership is seeking a Store Manager for the Stone Road Mall, Guelph Retail Salon. You will lead daily retail and salon operations and drive a seamless customer experience.

You will coach a high-performing team, own scheduling and budgeting, and ensure the salon remains well-stocked and beautifully merchandised according to Chatters’ standards. Apply your leadership to build lasting customer relationships and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven success leading teams and driving sales.
• Strong background in inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.
• Salon experience is considered an asset.

We are looking for a Store Manager at our Stone Road Mall, Guelph Retail Salon!

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee daily retail and salon operations to deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience
• Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals
• Own scheduling, payroll, inventory management, budgeting, and performance planning
• Ensure the salon is clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised to Chatters’ standards
• Build strong relationships with customers, creating loyalty through consistent and memorable experiences
• Analyze performance metrics and take action to drive results and continuous improvement
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members
• Act as the primary leader on the floor, solving problems and making decisions that positively impact the business, customers, and team

• Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience
• Proven success leading teams, driving sales performance, and managing operations
• Strong background in inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customerexperiences
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented leadership style
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Salon experience is considered an asset
