Job summary

Showcase is looking for a Sales Manager to support the Store Manager and drive a fun, unique guest experience. You will lead with energy, coach associates on product knowledge, and ensure execution of store procedures to maximize sales.

In a fast, interactive retail environment you will guide demonstrations, engage customers, manage merchandising, price changes and stock, and help the team hit personal and store-wide targets while upholding Showcase's policies.

Sales Manager

As a Showcase Sales Manager you will support your Store Manager in contributing to your store's success by leading with an unwavering focus on delivering a fun and unique guest experience. Accountable for maximizing sales potential by coaching associates' behaviours on the sales floor, setting expectations and ensuring execution. A focused attention to detail in store operations and preservation of Showcase's policies and procedures.

What we're looking for…

As we continue our growth we are looking for people who will provide a fun and unique guest experience by demonstrating and selling the hottest trending products in retail. You will be asked to maximize the sales of the store by achieving and surpassing personal productivity goals while being a part of an exciting and highly energetic team environment.

What you'll be doing…

• High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product knowledge
• Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including storefront demos
• Drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge
• Achieve and maintain sales goals and key metrics
• Assist in daily store tasks, such as merchandising, price changes, stock

• A high level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and in a group settings
• Flexible availability - including days, nights, weekends, holidays
• Punctual and dependable
• Demonstration experience an asset
