Job summary

JRoss Recruiters is seeking a seasoned Retail Store Manager for our client in Kamloops. You will lead a fashion apparel team, drive store revenue, set targets, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer experience on the sales floor.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail management, strong merchandising and inventory control, and the ability to analyze sales data to improve performance. A comprehensive benefits package and bonus opportunity accompany a CAD 47,000–53,000 salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of retail management experience within apparel retail.
• Proven success leading a sales-focused retail environment and achieving business targets.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing a team.
