Job summary

Dollarama is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, including merchandising, staffing, scheduling, inventory and customer service in our Prince Albert location. You will ensure store standards align with company guidelines and lead a team to meet goals.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage cash and safety, and drive performance through effective communication and decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment. Full‑time role with growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in retail and team management.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Excellent communication and decision‑making abilities.
